检查井模具 使用概述

 

 

检查井模具整个组装过程：需要使用螺栓进行模具的组装，螺栓的型号和规格需要与之配套来的，在模具组装的时候，需要使用电动扳手将多块模具组装在一起，这样可以使螺栓将模具牢牢的固定住。在每次生产之前井筒模具内需要进行刷油（刷油是将油性的材料在模具的内里进行涂刷）避免泥浆直接在模具的表面进行凝固。在建筑上泥浆后需要将振动棒插入到井筒模具中，对泥浆进行振动的处理，将气泡排除干净后就可以继续来进行晾晒了。

 

 

检查井模具的性能，通过规定方式加工出来的预制件表面是非常光滑的，不会出现太多的颗粒或者是气孔影响到井筒预制件的实际施工。检查井模具不漏浆、不涨模性价比更高，对于高要求和不易拆装的设备可以省下不少费用，综合性价比更好。The inspection well mold shall be operated according to the specified process, so as to produce qualified shaft prefabricated parts. The whole assembly process of inspection well mold: bolts need to be used for mold assembly. The model and specification of bolts need to be matched with them. During mold assembly, electric wrenches need to be used to assemble multiple molds together

 

This allows the bolts to hold the mold firmly. Before each production, the wellbore mold needs to be brushed with oil (the oily material is brushed in the mold) to avoid mud entering directly on the surface of the mold

 

Line solidification. After the mud on the building, the vibrating rod needs to be inserted into the wellbore mold to vibrate the mud. After the bubbles are removed, it can continue to dry.

 

The performance of the inspection well mold, the surface of the prefabricated parts processed in the specified way is very smooth, and there will not be too many particles or pores, which will affect the actual construction of the shaft prefabricated parts. The inspection well mould shall be free of slurry leakage and leakage

 

The cost performance of die expansion is higher. For equipment with high requirements and difficult disassembly, it can save a lot of costs, and the comprehensive cost performance is better.
